Information we collect

When you submit a business enquiry, we may collect:

  • Your name, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number.
  • Your company name, company website or LinkedIn page.
  • Your country, destination market, vehicle and charging details, sample or OEM requirements, expected quantity, project notes and any order reference you choose to provide.
  • Technical and security information associated with the submission, including IP address, submission time, browser information and anti-abuse records.
  • Campaign-attribution information when present, including UTM parameters, gclid, wbraid, gbraid and msclkid.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification documents, full vehicle identification numbers or unnecessary end-customer personal data through the public form.

Why we use this information

  • To review and respond to B2B product and project enquiries.
  • To assess the stated vehicle, charging network and destination market before discussing compatibility, samples or batch supply.
  • To prepare quotations and discuss OEM, packaging, documentation, order and delivery requirements.
  • To provide order, warranty and after-sales support.
  • To prevent spam, abuse, fraudulent submissions and technical misuse.
  • To understand which page or campaign generated an enquiry when attribution information is available.
  • To meet applicable contractual, tax, warranty, dispute-resolution and legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use an enquiry as permission to send unrelated promotional email.

Service providers and international processing

Information may be processed through the WordPress website environment and services needed to operate it, including Hostinger hosting, Google/Gmail for enquiry notifications, and Meta/WhatsApp when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp. These services may process information outside your country under their respective terms and privacy notices, where privacy laws may differ.

We disclose information only where reasonably necessary to operate the enquiry service, respond to your request, provide an agreed service, protect the website or comply with an applicable legal obligation.

How long we keep enquiry information

  • Invalid, spam, test or out-of-scope enquiries: automatically scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
  • Unconverted business enquiries: automatically scheduled for deletion after 365 days from the last recorded interaction.
  • Orders, converted projects, after-sales cases and legal holds: excluded from routine automatic deletion and retained only for the period required by applicable contractual, tax, warranty, dispute or legal obligations.

We may retain a minimal record for longer when necessary to document a privacy request, protect the website from repeated abuse, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with an applicable obligation.

Sale of data

We do not sell personal information submitted through the enquiry form.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to the processing of your personal information. You may also request a portable copy where applicable, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

This website and its enquiry form are intended for business representatives seeking EV charging products or related support. They are not directed to children.
